I’m a postdoc assistant at the University of Fribourg, and I am currently working on self-knowledge and self-awareness.
I wrote my PhD on the topic of perception, under the supervision of Prof. Gianfranco Soldati (Fribourg) and Prof. Bill Brewer (London). In my thesis I tried to give a theoretical elucidation of perception as a direct and the most basic access that we have to concrete reality. I also argued that the notion of perceptual content is necessary to explain why things appear to us as they do.
Over the years, I have taught epistemology, philosophy of mind, ethics, and modern philosophy.
