In high school, I graduated with mathematics and physics as my majors. Then I began my university studies in Philosophy at the Mofid University of Qom. In Feb 2013, I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree with the average grade 17 out of 20. After that, I was accepted for a Master’s Degree program in Philosophy at the best and first university in Iran, the University of Tehran. In my M.A. years, I focused on the study of Self-Knowledge and its connection with Intentional Actions. Under the supervision of professor Amir Saemi, I defended my master thesis “Knowledge of One’s Own Intentional Action” in September 2016, and I’ve got 19.5 out of 20. During my M.A. studies, I was working at Mofid University and later in a private high school to cut my teeth on teaching. Now I’m doing my Ph.D. at the University of Fribourg under the supervision of professor Gianfranco Soldati. I am a member of the international research project Perception, Rationality, and Self-Knowledge financed with a research grant by the Swiss National Science Foundation (SNSF).
